Blogathon: Avec Sans – Alphabet Bands Blogathon Mix

Having started our 24 hour charity blogathon with something a little special in the form of the world premiere of the new Yumi Zouma track, its time for something else we’ve been given especially for today.

Avec Sans are one of our favourite new acts around and one we have very high hopes for this year. We adore their fantastically upbeat, danceable and unashamedly poptastic tunes. Electro sparkles and beats flash and pulse like a grand firework display against a night sky of synths and melody. Choruses are made to be sung along to while your feet tap and shuffle, heads nod, arms twist and bodies convulse in rhythmical movement; sprung into life by the infectious and compelling sounds.

So, when they asked us if we would like a special mix as part of our blogathon, we practically snapped their hands off. Full of massive pop hooks, superb remixes, synths, beats and general all round compulsive and catchy songs, this is one hour of dance friendly songs, all blended into one mega tune, just for you.

There’s a track listing after the mix but we had a lot of fun trying to work out what they all were over lunch, especially the Avec Sans remixes of a couple of tunes in there, so why not have a crack at that yourselves?
